Key Information for Most Guests

One booking per household or adult group: Choose a Lead Guest to serve as the main contact and billing person.
Complete all details for the Lead Guest (name, phone, email, etc.).
- For additional family members, only the name is required - other fields can be left blank.
All rooms are ensuite and available as singles, doubles, or family rooms.
What’s included: 2 nights' hotel, 6 buffet meals (Friday dinner to Sunday lunch), coffee and afternoon tea, access to conference facilities, pool, gym, games room, and garage.
An invoice will be sent to the Lead Guest requesting full payment after the booking is made.
We kindly ask that all invoices be paid in full prior to or upon arrival at the Connection Weekend. If this presents a challenge, please don’t hesitate to contact us to arrange an alternative payment timeline.
